Since commencing employment with Argosy in 2012 Ally has gained experience in administration, logistics and contract review. During this time he has built up extensive quality and technical knowledge of the services we provide and the customers we serve.
It has also been known for Ally to be hijacked to production duties should the need arise… an excellent training ground to understand the practical side of what the job entails.
In addition to his experience, Ally has completed courses in IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) together with a DSEAR interactive training course and COSHH control and maintaining risk assessments with Sypol software.
He is a competent individual with the skills and knowledge to grow and develop the already strong health and safety culture within Argosy and he is keen to continue his education in support of his new role.
Karen Kelly-Watt, Director, commented:
“This is a key appointment for Argosy as we continue to create a learning culture with intention and direction. It adds depth to our management team and supports all staff in a critical discipline.
Argosy is proud to retain our homegrown talent and the knowledge specific and relevant to our industry. Ally is such a discerning character; his promotion is very well deserved and I look forward to working with him.”
